Florence St Leger

CEO & Founder

We promise she's older than she looks.
Florence trained as an actor before furthering her career in voice-over and Podcast Producing.
She hosts the Sleepless Creatives podcast which she founded in 2021 and enjoys gaming and bird-watching in her spare time.

Florence is also Queer, Non-Binary and Neurodivergent and likes to keep these aspects at the core of her business.

Office Assistant

Our valued, furry assistant, with a masters degree in manipulation tactics and a PHD in chasing her own tail.

Tea Cake is always around to provide invaluable support such as sleeping, staring and sitting in front of Florence's screen when she's trying to edit.

How We Started

The company was founded in November 2024 by seasoned Voice Actor and Podcaster Florence St Leger, after seeing how her own podcast (the popular Sleepless Creatives) positively impacted her career, a good friend inspired her to create the studio by saying "It's time to fly."

It Starts With You

Starting a Podcast is a lot of work and can get very time-consuming, especially when doing it for the first time.
We'll turn your blog posts and online articles into a podcast, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Custom Podcast Production

We will set up your podcast on a hosting platform to be streamed on services like Spotify, Apple Podcast, Amazon Music and more.
Then our skilled resident voice-over artist will record your podcast at our in-house recording studio using high-quality recording equipment and software.

Podcast Editing and Enhancement

We will meticulously edit and master your podcast until it sparkles, then we will send you a draft to ensure you are 100% happy with the sound (this includes a pre-roll, episode introduction, backing track if needed and an outro).
Then once the full episode ticks all of your boxes, we publish it!
